You'll never find the answer with a search because the story has got to be more
complicated than, liberal publications are failing. This was no typical liberal
publication. This is a publication of the think tank run by the wealthy
powerful leaders and backers of the Democratic party. My guess is that it was
straying from the right of center line of those powerful donors and actually
reflecting the opinions of the Democratic base.

I just read an announcement from Common Dreams that Think Progress is
going to disappear for lack of funds. Given the fact that it is a
creature of the Democratic leadership who are backed by rich donors. I
