I didn't watch the debate either. The Dodgers playoff game was definitely
more grown-up. On late abortion, Syria, and Russia, on the clips I heard,
Sarah Pelin makes more sense than the Trumpster.

Having just watched Democracy Now, I'm sure glad I didn't watch the whole
debate last night. While everything I read today expressed horror at Trumps
refusal to say that he would accept the election results, and while I think
that his statement is typical of the personna he has projected during the
campaign, I was much more horrified at Hillary's insistence that the big
issue is her campaign's contention that Russia hacked Podesta's emails and
is, therefore, attempting to influence the election. From everything I've
read, there is absolutely no information as to who actually hacked those
emails. We do know that WikiLeaks leaked them, and as Naomi Klein pointed
out, they have been leaked in bits and pieces, strateigically. As Glenn
Greenwald pointed out, Julian Assenge as made clear his anomus toward
Hillary Clinton because she has been instrumental in attempting to have him
arrested and brought to the US. So if someone has been plotting, it's most
likely Assenge. But Putin? That's insane! And one thing that is very clear
from the emails I've been reading, Hillary's unquestioning belief in her own
entitlement and her right to use power on behalf of her personal interests.
I listened to her and Trump sniping at each other and it made me absolutely
sick. Trump is a sociopath, but Hillary certainly didn't sound Presidential.
Shhe was attempting to sound more rational than he, more grown up. But they
were basically trading insults. It was awful!
