Marsha, it is very hard to get publicity for this sort of thing. In my
neighborhood Specter energy is trying to bulldoze our homes to make way for one
of their natural gas pipelines. They are using eminent domain laws to force us
out. My neighborhood is not the most direct route for the pipeline. That would
have been through a town called South Brookline. However, the residents there
are mostly wealthy and their political pull got the proposed route changed to
my neighborhood. The media hasn't really taken notice even though Al Gore's
daughter was here and has led some of the protests.

Farmers in Fight Against Dakota Access Pipeline
Hi
Living in Kansas City Missouri, I have a very vested interest in stopping
this pipeline. We get our drinking water, at least partially, from the
Missouri River. I don't really know why the people here don't seem to care
about this pipeline.
