Abdullah,

If you were in Bosnia during the genocide and want to tell these researchers
about it, that's certainly your decision. However, I don't think that you
should give them the names of other people, unless you get permission from
those people first.

Miriam

Dear Mr. Hasic,

I saw mention of your name in a 2005 Dallas Morning News story about blood
donation. I found your contact information through a lot of searching
online. I hope you don't mind this email.

I work for Baylor University's Institute for Oral History. We are involved
in a very important grant project to record the stories of genocide
survivors from Bosnia who have immigrated to Texas. I was wondering if you
or someone you know might be interested in sharing your story with us.
Participants would take part in an interview with the director of the
institute, Dr. Stephen Sloan. The interview would then be transcribed and
preserved for future generations and historical study.

I'd appreciate any help or advice you can offer! Feel free to pass this
email along to anyone you know who might be interested.

Many thanks,

Nate
