Last week we wrote you ahead of the Democratic Platform Committee in Orlando
about efforts to have the Democratic Party explicitly oppose the TPP, and to
oppose Israeli settlements in the West Bank. These amendments were rejected.
But they sparked vigorous debate that got a lot of press attention.
