[blind-chess] ladder tournament rule proposal

Hi, gamers,
Why not have it when a challenge is made and the game is played, but the
challenger loses, he or she cannot have a rematch until he or she has played at
least one subsequent game.
I apologize if this is already a rule and I failed to see it.
