Doctor Z is ready to operate. My solution:
1. -e4+
The white king cannot move unless it takes the black pawn.
2. Kxe4 (King takes pawn.) Nc3+ (royal fork)
2. Qxe4 (Queen takes pawn.) Nc5+ (royal fork)
