Hi Jill,
Okay. What you want to do is go to the site and download the Daisy version of 
the book you want to fix up. When you unpack it, if it asks you, tell it that 
yes, you want it to make an html copy of the file. After the book is unpacked, 
open the html file, either in Kurzweil or in Word. Once it's open, convert it 
to rtf by choosing save as and selecting rtf as the file type. Then you can 
transfer the resulting rtf file to your BN, work on it, and resubmit when 
you're done. when you resubmit, be sure to state in the comments and/or long 
synopsis fields that the book is a resubmit that you cleaned up. Otherwise, it 
might get rejected as a duplicate.
