Hi Carrie,
I can't wait till you do "leaving Cold Sassy." I read "The Cold Sassy Tree" by
this author, and it was one of the better novels I've read in the past few
years. I didn't even know there was a sequel!
One neat thing about this author is that she started her writing career late in
life. "Cold Sassy Tree" is wonderful because it was written with perspective,
great wisdom, and love. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes old-fashioned
family stories or coming-of-age stories.
