I shoould have read all my mail before downloading the
book. Sue, I'm releasing it right now. Sorry.

I think, with Word, if you use "Match case" there
won't be a problem doing a global replace. If you do
it at the beginning, and you're going to read the book
as you validate, If there happens to be a sentence
that should start with Early capitalized you can
easily fix it. I can't imagine that there will be too
many.
