Hello,
I would hesitate rejecting anything that you haven't seen just in case the
submitter was unfamiliar with our rating system. Their book may in fact be
of a higher or lessor quality since the scale is so subjective.
That said, if you read the info at the top of the upload page you'll see
that you don't need to upload a file in order to reject a book.

Hi listers. I'm trying to reject the ark copy of the copper scroll, but I
don't have openbook so I can convert it to rtf.. Rtf seems to be the only
format allowed on the upload page, and nothing happens when I hit the
reject button. Any ideas?
