In the cases I was thinking of the upload just never completed. Changing
the file name didn't help and the synopsis was not the problem. Of course
most of the time those issue are exactly what prevent successful uploads.
It's just on very rare occasions that a file just won't go no matter what.
I hope the problem is solved, but I didn't want anyone to think they were
just imagining a problem. :-)

That might be because they don't change the title from what the book downloaded as. Some people have posted about problems and it turns out they try to upload retaining he little dashes that are in the title when the book downloads. I wouldn't have known about that or grammaticl punctuation like commas causing problems if the subject hadn't come up here and people mentioned it.

Actually quite a few people have had such a problem. No one has posted a solution, either. It seems that there is an occasional book that the system doesn't accept because it is too big. I haven't heard about submitters having the problem, but validators do sometimes have it.
