Hi, Charlene, I'd say Rob Turner is a prince among men. I mean it
because he was the man who helped me learn how to download books from
Bookshare when I was a new computer user. At that time, I'd never had a
compact flash card or an SD card and I didn't remember how to save
files. He also showed me how to change my password at the bookshare.org
site. This was when the files you downloaded weren't self-extracting via
Windows. You needed a little unpacking tool to open the Bookshare files.
I'm really glad Mr. Turner will deal with this problem. Regards, Kim

Case 00050485 Information:
I tried to send e-mail through the proper channel, report book quality,
but that form isn't working. I downloaded both the Daisy without images
version and the brf version of Simply Good Bread and neither of them is
the actual book, there's just a list of items with online connections
and comments that the kindle doesn't work with them, something like
that, sorry can't remember the exact wording. Anyway, needless to say,
the text of the book appears to be missing. Just wanted to let you know
and you can send on to the proper place. Thanks much!
