Hi all,
Allison is still here! She’s been busy helping in other departments in our
hectic back-to-school time, but she is still around as needed. I hadn’t seen
anything on the discussion list that required her input recently, but I do get
a lot of emails, so if there was something I missed that needed addressing or
specific questions anyone had for Allison, always feel free to email me offlist!

Sorry for my delayed response. We cannot change publisher files, so I couldn’t
put it on the checkout queue for someone to work on, unfortunately. You can
file a Book Quality report though, which is what I recommend.

I don't know. I'll forward this conversation to Madeleine and see what she
says. If that's not possible, then I suppose someone will have to scan and
submit the book, though getting it into the collection will probably be too
late to help Aidee. Maybe she can read it, at least the introduction, without
page breaks.
