The book I'm having problems with is a paperback novel. I've submitted
longer ones and shorter ones recently. The title for this one isn't
particularly long and, as far as I know, there aren't any unusual formatting
oddities. But, I still get the same error right after I hit the final
Submit button.

Yeah, Lissi and I have five books so far that I've tried to submit multiple
times and get the same message Dornetta described after going through the
entire submission process. They're all short children's books. I sent
Madeleine the files, and heard that Support was working on it, but that was
a few months ago. Haven't heard from Support in months and haven't retried
submitting any of them recently. Are those books particularly short? I
generally don't have trouble submitting, except with those very short books.
The first four were poetry, so I thought that might have something to do
with the trouble. But then the fifth one was just straight text, so that
idea was out the window.

Hi.
I've submitted a few books recently but I've been unable to submit a
particular book for about a week and a half. The error message tells me
that "Bookshare staff has been notified." I didn't hear back from them so I

Hey guys;
Is any one having trouble submitting this weekend? This time I was able to
get through the entire submission process but my end result was:
Warning
There was a problem processing your book submission. Our support staff has
been notified.
This has been going on all weekend. The other thing was when I tried to
renew a book, the renew link wouldn't "work" and that took approximately 20
minutes of me clicking and clicking the renew link
without getting any results. Finally, I had my son go on the net from his
phone and renew the book...SMH...GEESH!
What in the world is going on with the site?
