Wow that is soooo weird.

It's kind of like the swine flu of software.

I'm tempted to reinstall my original version of Kurzie and then check for
updates. But, I think I'll contact tech support and see what they think of the
idea first.
Thanks.

  HI Bob,

You know what, that is totally weird. Because, I had that problem with
version 11.0something, and now that I'm using version 12, it's gone. What's
with that? I haven't had to use that workaround for weeks now. Very strange
that I didn't always have it in version 11, and don't in version 12, but that
you didn't have it with a previous version and do now. Fun trying to duplicate
that for bug fixers to work on huh?

Hope they fix it for you.

  Mayrie

Ever since I went to the latest build of version 12 of Kurzie I have not been
able to open .rtf books successfully. It gets to page 43 and flashes one of
those really helpful messages "an error occured while opening the document."

I'm not trying to solve the problem--I have an excellent work around thanks
to Mayrie--I just want to know if it's just my system, or are others having the
same problem? Of course if you have a quick fix I wouldn't mind trying it.

  Thanks,
  Bob
