I've had the same experience on qite a few occasions,
but it's usually me. usually I find I've mis-spelled
something without noticing it, or put too many words
in the title and one was wrong. Or, with the library
catalog, with titles like Yesterday's Spy, I didn't
press the apostrophe key hard enough and the title
didn't have it.
