Mary, I was looking for it as well, &, as you're aware, it's nowhere to be found. Maybe Jim B just got behind cuz of the holidays. To save yourself a lot of trouble, consider posting it on youSendIt, or, if you'd prefer, send it my way & I'll post it for a limited time (until Jim can post it on friends of bookshare) on my home page. To use youSendIt, simply go to: www.yousendit.com You'll need to create an account if u don't have 1. At that point, u can upload a file so long as it's less than 100 meg, which I assume this is. It'll then be available for 7 days or 100 downloads. When asked for the recipient to whom u wish to send the file, use the address of the bookshare volunteer list. A link will then be sent to the list & the 1st 100 people get the archive. Or, like I said, u can send it to me & I'll put it up on my site & post that fact to the list. I would ask, however, that due to bandwidth considerations, the file be saved to disk rather than opened. Let me know however I can help.
