Good for you, Carrie. :-)  I usually check Amazon, but
this time I didn't, since it didn't show up on google
and I usually find amazon and al libris books when I
put the title in google. I'm embarrassed that I didn't
make as thorough a search as I should have but stopped
with the LC catalog and google. Glad you found it.
