Dear Roger and Marilyn,
Thank you for your suggestions.
The copyright page is printed after the title page. NW made a typo in
listing the copyright date as 2008 when it should be 2007.
I will use roman numerals for the first three pages.
I thought that NW was a jiffy proofer, but there were actually several
books listed that he submitted when I clicked on his name.
I have read a few pages at the beginning of the book and started
removing headers and checking for page numbers. Surprisingly, the text
looks pretty good with the only garbled parts being the first three
pages and some at the end. I will go to the middle of the book just to
be sure.
Marilyn, that would be great if you could get a copy of the book if it
isn't too late. Thank you for being willing to take extra time and
effort to help me fix the book.
