Yes, Jake also griped at me publicly. (Hopefully one of these days he'll learn
that you criticize in private and praise in public.) So please continue to
contribute books, if they're not in picture-perfect shape.

agree with you that any criticism anybody has should be done
privately and not in front of the whole group to embarrass
