Hi,

You might get lucky. Try Alt, J, L, V with your cursor inside the table. If
you want to find all the table layout options, put your cursor inside the
table and hit the Alt key by itself, then go left until you hear either
layout or design. Then, use Tab or Shift+Tab to explore.

For any Word 2007 command, here are two tips. First, if you want to see
easily the key strokes to make it work and you have JAWS, when you get your
cursor on the right control, hit Insert+F1. That will bring the information
up into the virtual buffer where you can read it like a little document. Use
Escape to dismiss the buffer. Secondly, for commands you use a lot, you can
hit Shift+F10 once you find the button and put it on the Quick Access
toolbar with a press of the Enter key. To remove commands from the Quick
Access Toolbar, you can find the Quick Access Toolbar with Alt+H, Up Arrow.
Then, you can move left and right with arrow keys. To remove things from
this toolbar, hit Shift+F10, then press Enter on the Remove choice.

Thanks.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] converting tables to text in Word 2007

Hi all,

Well, unfortunately, I wasn't silly after all. Anyone know how to convert a
table to text in Word 2007? It's apparently not the same as in Word 2003.

TIA,

Donna
