Hi Cindy,

We each have our individual gifts and together this makes a wonderful group of
Bookshare volunteers! Thanks for all you do for our community!

I checked; Doug's right. Simply and neatly put (had I tried to explain it would
 been much more cumbersome (I would have described the process instead of
doing it and giving the result as Doug did. . That's why I need people here
lik Doug and susan L. who "cut to the chase) Cindy

Ann;

Which word processor are you working in? It differs depending on If you are in
Word or Pages and which operating system. Doug says in Word you can find and
replace ^n with nothing to eliminate them.

Hope that helps!

Valerie
