You have it right according to what has been decided. I leave them too, but I 
do put chapter in front of the Roman numerals if it is not already there.

I am doing this too, although chapter is already in front of the number.  In 
Braille, I have no problem using either.  I always leave as is.  Now someone 
may correct me on this if wrong and something else has been decided?

Something just occurred to me as i was checking pagination of a book: the 
chapter numbers are roman n roman numerals. Would it be easier for blind 
members if the were in Arabic numbers, and is that a change that it's legal to 
make? (I'm putting the word chapter  front of the number)
