Hi Nimit,

Please don't send me an entire file! I know it's frustrating, but generally if
you keep trying, the system will eventually work. I'm still talking to
engineering about this, but they're having a hard time troubleshooting as it
seems to happen at random times with all different browsers to different people
around the country. I will, of course, keep everyone posted if I hear of any
new suggestions from them. Thank you all for your patience and hard work!

Best,

Oh. OK. Glad I didn't email that to anyone....... I was waiting for a
response from this list first. Thanks Sue and Cindy for clarifying that.
Well, if bookshare will want us to use Chrome for checking in books
successfully, I am out of luck!!! I am using IE 8 and no, I can't download or
install anything from the computer I am using. It's a student version, so it
won't let me do anything unless an admin account does it and the person won't
even bother.. But, that's my own story. I hope there is a better solution
than to try out another browser. Crossing my fingers...... Thanks!
