I don't know why that list is so very low traffic.  It is the list for
discussing almost anything so members can be like a community. It is not
just for discussing books, at least to my knowledge.

The restrictions on topics is far less on that list than on the volunteer
one.

Nevertheless, people just don't seem interested in the bookshare discuss
list.

For whatever reason, Mayrie, I have not been able to get on the
bookshare-discuss list for years.  Ironically, I was before I was a
volunteer, but even though my subscription is confirmed, I never get any
email...

past months.

It would be appreciated if this discussion could be moved to the
bookshare-discuss list.  

If you can't figure out how to subscribe to that list, please follow the
similar instructions for this list and make the appropriate changes to apply
to that one.

You'll find instructions at the bottom of almost all messages to and from
this list.
