Sarah, my understanding is that if you can't put them
in you must reject the book, or bookshare
administrators will. Sometimes, if yo have the page
numbers and you know whether they are at the top or
the bottom of the page, you can put in the page breaks
as you read the book, or as you go along.
If you can't or don't want to, and if I can get the
book from the library, I can put them in.
