No, thank you!!! I don't think most people who have read this understandably what a difficult book this was for you to scan. It was an incredible amount of "stuff" that had to be cleaned up and dealt with. You did a wonderful job in describing the pictures and placing them with the captions. That was a lot of work! That may make this clear.... The index was, as are most of them, a time intensive project. They were very clean after you finished scanning and fixing them up. All I had to do was follow the protocol that Valerie mentioned earlier about handling indents for subtopics beneath an entry. Whenever I came upon a word that was out of alphabetical order, I could tell it was a subtopic from above and I simply put a space followed by a hyphen followed by another space. If you check out the book that has already been approved, you will see that it looks very clean. Very obvious which ones are indented. A great book to read. I love history and this book has a different slant than your average World War II history book. A lot of fun. -- Doug -----Original Message----- From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Charisma Sent: Thursday, June 02, 2011 12:57 PM To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bksvol-discuss] book in library!
