Jill, you used the wrong 'cut'. There is an item in the edit menu
specifically labeled 'cut page'. Use 'cut page'. Do not use the simple
'cut'.

Guido, I went to the blank page, entered on cut in the edit menu, pressed
enter and got the message "nothing is selected." What did I do wrong?
