Weight Watchers cookbooks and cookbooks in general are a huge challenge for
a firsttime proofreader. In this case, you may want to begin by finding
something else on which to practice at first.
Believe me, there is a lot to learn Kim.
Please start slowly so you can do a nice job proofing and stay calm while
doing it. Taking too much can lead to being frustrated or to giving up.
