I'm asking this belatedly, having been validating books for several years (I've forgotten how many, and my profile doesn't say when I started), but as I looked at a line in the file i'm validating now--- In some book files the alignment of the text is justified, and in others it's flush left. I usually leave it as it is, and when I submit a book I make it flush left. Looking at the justified lines, I realized suddenly that there are sometimes large spaces between words--this never happens when the text is flush left. Does it make a difference to you braille and audio readers? Would flush left be better? I don't remember that the instructions ever said.
