Hi Deborah, I saved your message. I'll monkey Word into submission or at
least I'll do my best to get it to do what I want. Regards, Kim Friedman.

Hi Kim

Here are a few keystrokes you may find helpful in formatting your document.
They work in all versions of Word I have ever used.
First, select the section of text you wish to format. then you can:
1. Press control plus "b" for bold, "i" for italics or "u" for underline.
2. Press control plus the right or left bracket keys to decrease/increase
the point size of the text by one point at a time.
3. Press control plus "e" to center the text.
4. Press control plus"l" to left align the text.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Word 2013 Keystroke help needed

Hi, I am used to Word 2002 but now have version 2013. What I need to know
are the keystrokes to use so I can format a document: page setup, paragraph
setup, font setup and all aspects pertaining to it, both changing the or
raising the font, checking for the style and the like. I can hit alt+F and I
get backstage view and if I hit alt+T I can arrow down to Word options, but
that isn't getting me precisely where I want to go. Can you help me out? I'm
really tired of not being able to get around this program and want to be
able to get to the formatting options easily. Regards, Kim Friedman.
