I think blank pages are in print books to maintain proper pagination;I
usually find them before new chapters aIso l find bottom half of pages
blank before a new chapter but I don't note that (I don't think we have to;
and sometime there are blank pages before illustrations; (I can't remember
whereelse I've seen/noted tehem
