Hi Cindy,

Yes, that's a good rule of thumb. Technically we do not require them, but I 
strongly encourage that you do them if possible since I think it adds a lot to 
the book.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] What to include in a book

 I can't remember. Is it required to include  matter after the main part of the 
text of a book, i.e., Notes/ Biblography?
Should I figure that if the scanner went to the trouble of scanning those pages 
I should proof them,i., be sure the notes are in the correct order and titles 
of works correctly spelled?
