I think the problem is solved. Well, there seems to be a related problem,  
but I want to troubleshoot that some more before discussing it. Apparently I  
gave up one step too soon. Bookshare support got back to me and suggested that  
now that I have downloaded the unpack tool again I should download the book  
another time. Apparently it did unpack that time. Now, there is a slight 
problem  reading it on my computer, but, as I said, let me see if I can fix 
that on
