To the submitter of the LampLighter, I'm so very sorry I have to release it.
I was getting ready to upload and approve the book and while I was doing so,
the hard disk on my computer just gave out, crashed! I lost a lot and it
will still be some days before I get back on the action so instead of
renewing my edit session for the book, I'll just let it go so others can
work on it. Again, so sorry. I worked so hard putting all the page-breaks
where they belong. Too bad.
