Hello All,
I do read from time to time submitters saying they read through a book and
did all the corrections etc. I've been trying to include this information
with my submissions and maybe it can be something we all start doing. Just
thinking aloud:)

If someone on the list has this book, I did a considerable amount of
clean-up work on it before I inadvertently let it go back to the download
list. If you want my copy or are wiling to relinquish it, I think what I
have now is in pretty good shape.
