I just downloaded via K1000 and they were all .BKS. I only have V.11 of K1000
so maybe that's the problem?
<hmmm>

  The books are zip files now days. For probably a year and a half now. Either
way, you'll need to unzip them first.

    It can't handle the .BKS extension directly, they must be uncompressed?
And, while I'm at it, what's the justification for not making the files with
the zip extension in the first place?
    Thanks.

      You can make a folder in the talking book folder for the daisy file and
transfer the book to that folder and what ever voices on your stream will read
it. You can use the chapters, go to page or any other navation keys.

        How well does the Stream handle BookShare books and what preparation is
necessary?
        Thanks.
