There are other differences, too, e.g., titles of
people like Mrs., Dr., etc., do not have periods after
them the way they do in U.S. book. And the inner
quotation  marks, as you might expect, will be double
quotes instead of single quotes--and, of course, the
spelling is different, the most common being our
instead of o as in colour instead of color.

Spell-check will call these mistakes.
