done a system restore that I can recall. I don't know how one does it.

You're right, Valerie. I bet that's it! I haven't tried e-mailing any
staff, but I have to brag on my bravery in doing a system restore with
no speech or vision to guide me. (smile) My display froze up and I
almost chickened out, buthung in there and it worked! I got the message
that the system was successfully restored and no documents were
affected!!! Pardon my bragging! (smile)
