Well, in the old site, we would receive a notice stating that our book with the number was replaced with a better quality one. Which I would have been totally cool with smile.
What was strange to me was that I got the standard rejection notice, no "replace" or "better quality" mentioned hence my curiosity and bafflement. But am glad better copies are available, smile.

The timing is a fluke, Shelley. Smile. I downloaded them to read about three weeks ago, and didn't even look at or know who scanned them. Both were unreadable because of page after page of scannos and other problems, including having scanned as one long sentence without any paragraph or page breaks. I reported them using the book quality option, and apparently bookshare staff rescanned them and put new copies up when the new site came up.I'm surprised that you'd get a notice that it is no longer accepted at this late date. Does that happen with all BSO replacements, does anyone know?Judy s. Shelley L.
