Hi Shelley,

I'll tell the person in charge of replacing books with quality issues to
rephrase her withdrawal/rejection messages.

Carrie

Well, in the old site, we would receive a notice stating that our book with the
number was replaced with a better quality one. Which I would have been totally
cool with smile.

What was strange to me was that I got the standard rejection notice, no
"replace" or "better quality" mentioned hence my curiosity and bafflement. But
am glad better copies are available, smile.
