Hi Lisa,
Don't panic, this is fairly typical. It doesn't mean that your other
validations were inferior. All the books awaiting approval go into a queue,
and I don't know if there's any order to the system. If you ever need to
know the status of a given book it's possible to write to the admin and he
can find out and let you know, but I wouldn't do that unless a book had been
gone for a bit longer.
