[bksvol-discuss] Quality rating--when and by whom given

Thanks, Jill. As a validator, I never knew that the
rating I saw when I uploaded was an automatic one. I
assumed it was from the submitter or the default
rating given at the time of submission. How can the
bookshare utility give a rating before the book
uploading has been completed?
