I just picked up and can scan A Christmas Visitor.

Cghristmas Guest and Christmas Secret are out at this point for a LONG time
at my library so won't be able to get them.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Prolific Perry

I was checking Amazon to remind myself of a book I saw
in the library, and I found that Perry never stops
writing--and all the books have good reviews from
Publishers' Weekly and the Library Journal.

Two new books, whether they're Thomas and Charlotte
Pitt books I don't know, are due to come out next
spring. A Christmas Secret came out Nov. 7. It
involves Dominic Corde, who apparently has become a
cleric. (I'm nowhere hear that development yet in the
series.) Also, I noticed that we don't have Death in
the Devil's Acre, (1985), also a Pitt book.

A Christmas Guest involves Charlotte's Grandmother who
"urns amateur detective when a fellow guest at the
home of Charlotte's parents is murdered." Apparently
Perry is writing a series of Christmas novels, as this
is the third. We have Christmas Journey in the
collection. but apparently not A Christmas Visitor,
which seems to have a wole different set of
characters.

I'm amazed at the woman's prolificity (is there such a
word?) and how she can maintain the quality of her
writing, which she seems to do, no matter the tubject
matterm according to the unbiased (as opposed to
fellow writers) reviewers.

I've added other books to Nancy's list, which sound
delightful and got excellent reviews.
