Check your account. Maybe you accidentally check the box that will give you
those types of files if you're using Victor reader's soft. I know I
occasionally done it but not often. They don't open if you don't have Victor
reader and it's in that file format so first start by checking your account
and if you like if you will give me the title I can try to download it on my
end. If I don't encounter any problems and you still experience them then
you might want to contact bookshare.
