Dear Queue Crew
It has happened again. A book I checked in has stuck in the system and is
still on my page of checked out books. I wonder if I'm doing something
wrong. For example, I may have checked 4 categories. Could it be that I have
forgotten and we're only supposed to check three categories. If that is the
problem, I won't repeat that mistake any time soon. Would you please put the
book back on the check out page for me?
It is a cute story.
Always with love,
Lissi

Hi Elizabeth,
These are books from the outsourcers. They should have gone to the approval
queue, but ended up on the checkout list.

Hi,
What does PRIORITY SR mean? It's part of some of the titles to be checked
out.
