How awful, Robert. For how long was your power out?
I've had various length power outages during the years
(usually caused y wind) but that was in the days
before computers, or before I became a bookshare
volunteer and otherwise addicted to using computers.
Now I chafe if I have to be without the use of the
computer or tv for any length of time. I can do
everything else by candlelight, or read with the aid
of a flashlight, and I do have a battery-powered
radio, but . . . I can't believe how I miss the
computer. Also, when we got a stove we got a gas one
for exactly that reason.
I'm glad you're back with us now.
