Hi, Monica. I don't know if anyone has mentioned this before or not, but if not, I'm surprised no one has. I've read through several days' worth of mail and discussions about this with you and haven't seen it mentioned yet, but you can take that text file you downloaded to validate and convert it to RTF now and upload it that way. If you take the file and convert it immediately to RTF before doing anything to it, you can then see where the page breaks are, if it has them in the right places, etc., and if you add any, they will be retained. Take care. Julie Morales Life is a gift from God. I have Openbook, Word, and an editor called Notetab Pro on my system. Since I'm told that Word removes page breaks, it looks like I will have to stick with validating Arkenstone and rtf files for now. Bleh! I also have several books that I scanned into text format before joining Bookshare. I have no way of knowing if they have page breaks or not.
