O.K. Duane, I've requested the book. I'm number 13
on the waiting list for 4 available copies. If you're
willing to keep renewing until I get the book I'll
scand and validate and send you page 31. Since it's a
new book, I'm assuming that he copies will be the
same. I'll contact you directly when I have the book.
In the meantime, if you get the page from someone
else, or if someone else on this list gets the book
sooner, please let me know.
